Disappointed Wildlife

Disappointed Wildlife.

Animation, Design.

When London-based director Andrea Braga reached out to me to participate in his AR exhibition detailing the unique struggles of endangered species worldwide, I was honored to answer the call. My animation showcases the issue of climate change as it pertains to the Bornean orangutan, a species endangered by rapid deforestation and destruction of its native habitat. Set into AR, Braga’s illustration comes to life as the orangutan yells, revealing a vignette of fiery destruction within. This animation was unveiled with the efforts of twelve other artists at Hackney Downs Studios. Follow the project here.
